A valuable opportunity for near-graduated IT students to practice their interview skills and learn.<\/p>

Thanks to the smooth organization of Heidi Terryn<\/strong>, lecturer at Howest, students were able to apply for a job of their choice, present their CVs, and introduce themselves. Additionally, important topics were discussed, such as:<\/p>

  • Salary expectations<\/strong> and how to discuss them during an interview<\/li>
  • International career opportunities<\/strong> and working in an international context<\/li>
  • Honest and critical questions<\/strong> that students might not typically dare to ask<\/li><\/ul>

    After each interview, our IT recruiters provided valuable feedback and practical job application tips for the IT sector. It was an educational experience for both the students and for us.<\/p>
