In the three sub-domains of talent management (attracting, developing, and engaging talent), we often see a significant gap between \"we know what we should do\" and \"we actually do it,\" resulting in far from optimal outcomes.<\/p>

We know that attracting top talent often requires advanced competencies, yet we persist in doing the search ourselves, which often needlessly prolongs the recruitment process.<\/p>

We also know that leadership development is essential to bring out the best in our leaders, but we often remain stuck in good intentions and delay the necessary training, coaching, and mentoring.<\/p>

Likewise, we know that engaged employees are crucial for achieving our goals, but we still fail to implement proper engagement measurements.<\/p>

These questions were addressed with fresh insights and practical solutions were provided.<\/p>

It was a successful event at the stunning location of Brewery De Koninck<\/strong>, and we are already looking forward to the next edition!<\/p>
