SAP Specialist SD – MM/PP – FICO | Ghent Region

Our international client is looking for several experienced SAP specialists in modules SD – MM/PP – FICO. These experts will be hired in the SAP team because they are migrating from an SAP ECC6 to an SAP 4 Hana environment. We need SAP experts who will be responsible for the SAP 4 Hana projects, used by more than 1800 end-users in our different plants all around de world.

• Be responsible for your module within the SAP 4 Hana team.
• Help with SAP 4 Hana project – Roadmap and execution.
• Capture the needs from the Business.
• Organise and be responsible for training and education.
• Be responsible for creation and updating the documentation, processes and policies.
• Become the all-round SAP 4 Hana specialist of the ICT Team.
• Proactively manages the ongoing support model for this technologies, ensuring that service design is built into proposals.
• Leads on resolution of incidents and issues, ensuring a high standard of case management and ownership. This will include working closely with suppliers and undertaking investigations and diagnosing performance and service related issues, ensuring that key stakeholders are kept informed.
• Improving communication together with other ICT specialists.
• Creating a suitable work environment together with the different Business Units.
• You will provide 2^nd and 3^rd line support.

• A strong experience in SAP modules  and SAP 4 Hana is a plus.
• Experience SAP on Cloud is a plus.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Strong troubleshooting background.
• Strong verbal skills, to coordinate changes with business, external providers, etc.
• You can work in an orderly fashion and will consider the end user experience as most important.
• You have a good knowledge of English (speaking and writing).
• Other European language will be a plus.
• Certifications are a plus.
