In this role, you will take the lead in expanding the customer base and strengthening strategic relationships. As Business Development Manager you will:
- Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic customer relationships.
- Strengthen relationships with existing clients and develop long-term collaborations.
- Analyze customer needs in-depth and offer tailored solutions together with the project team.
- Prepare project and production proposals and follow up commercially.
- Contribute to and think about the company's commercial strategy and growth.
- Represent the organization at trade fairs, networking events, and client visits.
- Document all customer interactions and progress in the CRM system.
The ideal candidate:
- Has at least 3 years of experience in business development within a technical or IT-related environment.
- Possesses knowledge of or affinity with electronics and software development..
- Is commercially strong, strategically minded, and result-oriented.
- Speaks and writes fluently in Dutch and English;French is an advantage.
- Has a bachelor's or master's degree, or a proven track record in a technical-commercial role.
- Holds a driving license (B) and is willing to travel for client visits.
