In the last quarter of 2023, Vincent Meert, Recruitment Consultant at Amandis, completed the search for a Country Manager for Northwave, a prominent European cybersecurity specialist. At the start of 2024, Cindy Smeulders was appointed to develop the Belgian market. Now, exactly one year later, she shares her experiences as Country Manager, the growth of Northwave Cyber Security in Belgium, and her vision for the future.

On Tuesday, October 8th, Amandis, together with M18, Ambits, and McMe, organized a networking event around the theme: how to reduce the infamous knowing-doing gap in the various aspects of talent management.
