This privacy statement also applies to our website www.amandis.be, which is managed by Amandis BV (hereinafter referred to as “Amandis” or “we”).

By using our services and website, you unconditionally accept this privacy statement. We reserve the right to modify our privacy policy at any time and therefore recommend that you review this privacy statement regularly.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) grants you the right to access and, if necessary, correct any information stored about you. You also have the right to request the deletion of this information free of charge. Here, we explain what information we collect and how your data is handled.

How long are your personal data retained?

If there has been no contact between us for three years, we will delete all your personal data.

The information you provide is stored in our CRM tool "CARERIX," which is protected by encryption using SSL technology. The database is accessible only to our staff and is secured with password protection for both our computer network and database system. We have implemented the necessary physical, technical, and organizational security measures to ensure the protection of your data against unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
