As Team Lead of the Data Governance & Quality team (a management-level position), you support the Chief Data Officer in defining the data strategy and are responsible for building the data governance framework as a key enabler for transformation, data organization, glossary, and metadata management. You will create an annual roadmap to ensure the further rollout of the data governance framework.
Together with your data governance team, you translate this framework into processes and guidelines and determine best practices;
You are responsible for selecting tools required to provide concrete and suitable solutions for data governance & data quality. You will also support the implementation;
You are responsible for the data maturity and culture within the organization, ensuring broad involvement;
You take on a coordinating role in drafting data governance & quality-related reporting for the regulator.
- You preferably hold a master's degree in an economic, analytical, or IT-related field;
- You have at least 5 years of experience in data governance, data strategy, data management, and/or quality;
- Interacting with others energizes you. You communicate effortlessly and with a certain persuasive flair, allowing you to easily connect with stakeholders and earn their trust;
- You are fluent in Dutch and English, and professionally proficient in French.
