Recruitment Consultant – Unit IT Management & C-level

Under the guidance of one of our Recruitment Managers, you will develop expertise in all aspects of recruitment and selection:

• Search methodologies
• IT market knowledge
• Candidate screening
• Interview techniques
• Negotiation of offers
• Concrete candidate hiring
• Account management
• Business development
• Business planning

You will also have the opportunity to build your own strong client portfolio.

• This role is suitable for someone with a bachelor’s or master’s degree. 
• You have some initial experience in IT recruitment. 
• You are willing to deepen your knowledge in the world IT Management. 
• You have a strong commercial drive. 
• You are determined and always seek solutions to the challenges you encounter. 
• You are confident and possess strong social skills.

• You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
