Recruitment Researcher – Region Ghent

Under the guidance of the Recruitment Team Lead, you will receive extensive training in all aspects of recruitment and selection within the IT sector:

• Discover various methods for finding IT professionals;
• Gain in-depth IT knowledge;
• Learn how to effectively screen candidates;
• Explore a variety of interview techniques.

Your specific responsibilities will include:

• Supporting the Recruitment Team Lead in actively searching for and approaching suitable IT professionals via channels like LinkedIn, databases, and VDAB;
• Conducting telephone screenings with potential candidates;
• Conduct (Teams) interviews to assess candidates;
• Preparing accurate candidate reports that the Recruitment Team Lead can present to clients.

• You have prior work experience (preferably in recruitment & selection);
• You demonstrate a strong interest in the world of recruitment & selection;
• You are willing to deepen your knowledge of the IT sector;

• You can communicate fluently in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
