Senior ERP Consultant – West Flanders Region

As a Senior ERP Consultant, you will:

• Advise clients on the most suitable ERP solutions that align with their business processes.
• Analyze processes and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
• Continuously search for optimizations and innovative improvements.
• Act as a bridge between clients and the development team to create tailored solutions.
• Guide and support the implementation of ERP software, including add-ons such as CRM, WMS, and POS.
• Share your expertise with junior consultants and mentor them in their professional growth.

The ideal candidate:

• Has a bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent experience.
• Is eager to learn and motivated to continuously develop.
• Feels comfortable in a results-driven and pragmatic work environment.
• Takes initiative and works in a structured manner on projects.
• Possesses excellent communication skills and customer orientation.
• Has at least 5 years of experience with ERP software and has independently completed implementations.
• Experience with SAP Business One is a plus, but not a requirement.
• Has knowledge of business processes such as MRP, CRM, WMS, and BI.
• Basic knowledge of SQL or SAP HANA is an additional asset
• Works both independently and in a team and takes responsibility.
• Fluent in Dutch and English, knowledge of French is a plus.
