For our client in Brussels, we are looking for an Expert in Technical Partner Management, who will be responsible for managing external technical subcontractors on a qualitative, financial, and operational level, based on the negotiated contracts. The role includes ensuring compliance with contractual requirements, meeting objectives, budgets, resources, and timelines.
Structuring partner management: Implement and maintain a structured approach.
Managing partner relationships: Strengthen the structural relationship with partners and internal stakeholders.
Performance management: Ensure the execution and follow-up of the plan according to cost, quality, and timelines (including KPIs). Proactively propose and manage action plans to improve partner performance.
Contract management: Responsible for monthly reviewing of expenditure flows and identifying areas for improvement, such as operational optimization, cost control, and risk management.
