This privacy statement is also applicable to our website, which is managed by Amandis cvba (hereinafter referred to as "Amandis” or "we"). 

By using our services and our website, you unconditionally accept this privacy statement. We reserve the right to modify our privacy policy at any time and, therefore, recommend that you regularly review this privacy statement.

The General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) entitles you to have access to, and if necessary, to correct information held about you. You also have the right, free of charge, to ask for the removal of this information. Here we explain what information we gather and what exactly happens to your details.

How we collect your information

You provide us with information in a number of ways, such as by sending us your curriculum vitae (CV), talking to our consultants, sending us emails and letters and registering your details through our website. As a result, the information we collect from you may include your name, address, email address, contact telephone numbers, qualifications, employment status, salary details and your employment history.


Our website uses cookies, which are small information files that are automatically stored on your computer's hard disk. Using cookies helps to make the website faster and more efficient. A cookie stores information about specific preferences (language choice, the browser used, IP address, ...). Cookies enable the Amandis website to recognise you the next time you visit it and this helps to improve the service we provide. Use of your information

This information represents data which is relevant and necessary to our recruitment services. By reading this privacy statement and by using our services, you consent to the use of your personal information for the following legitimate purposes only:

  • matching your details to current job opportunities with clients of Amandis;
  • forwarding relevant details of your CV such as your name, date of birth, educational history and qualifications, employment experience, skills and salary details to those clients. We will not send your CV to any organization without your express consent;
  • keeping you informed of job opportunities that we think may be of interest to you in the near future;
  • necessary contact and processing during a recruitment assignment.

We may also disclose your personal data: 

  • when certain legislation and legal proceedings require us to do so, 
  • in the framework of investigation into suspected fraud or illegal activities.

We guarantee that this information will be treated in an ethical and legal manner.

How long is your personal information stored?

We store personal data for as long as necessary to provide you with our services or for other essential purposes, such as meeting our legal obligations.

If there has been no form of contact between us for three years, we will delete all of your personal data. 

Your right to access and rectification

You have the right to be allowed access to your information. In accordance with data protection regulations, we guarantee your right to receive details of the information held. If your information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you can ask for the correction or removal of this information. You can also request to receive a copy of your data at any time.

Storage and protection of your information

The information you provide will be stored on our CRM tool “CARERIX”, which is protected by them using encryption via SSL technology. The database is accessed and used by our personnel only and all access to our computer network and our database system is password protected. We have taken the necessary physical, technical and organizational security measures to ensure the protection of your information against unauthorised access, use or disclosure.
