A valuable opportunity for near-graduated IT students to practice their interview skills and learn.
Thanks to the smooth organization of Heidi Terryn, lecturer at Howest, students were able to apply for a job of their choice, present their CVs, and introduce themselves. Additionally, important topics were discussed, such as:
- Salary expectations and how to discuss them during an interview
- International career opportunities and working in an international context
- Honest and critical questions that students might not typically dare to ask
After each interview, our IT recruiters provided valuable feedback and practical job application tips for the IT sector. It was an educational experience for both the students and for us.
