I have worked in the ICT sector for more than 20 years, building and leading strong recruitment teams. During this time, my goal has remained simple and unchanged: find the right ICT talent for the right position. Nothing less will do.

As a Director of the permanent recruitment division at Amandis, I am responsible for leading my team, making strategic business decisions and monitoring the division's P&L. It is also my aim to create real career opportunities for my team members and to let them strive to become top-notch ICT recruiters.

I’m a natural goal digger and a huge people-person. My main goal is to deliver first class recruitment services towards candidates and ICT companies. My driving force is finding great opportunities for smart people and finding a 100 % match between them, the opportunity and our client.

As a person with a mindset focused on a human approach, I have lots of attention for sustainable relations.
