Responsible unit IT Sales - IT Recruitment Consultant - Ghent - JD

To further support our growth plans, we are looking for an IT Recruitment Consultant to join our team, specializing in permanent recruitment, in Gent (Sint-Martens-Latem). In this role, you will be responsible for building a new unit specializing in IT Sales.

Under the guidance of the Managing Director and with the support of senior IT Recruiters, you will be trained in our people- and results-oriented way of working. The following non-exhaustive list will be part of your responsibilities:

• Thorough screening of candidates active in the niche of IT Sales (Account Managers, Business Development Managers, Sales Managers, Internal Sales, etc.);
• Attaining an advanced understanding of this niche;
• Business development to increase your impact on this market;
• Account management of existing and future clients (upselling, cross-selling);
• Business planning and establishment of your own unit with clearly defined and mutually agreed upon deadlines and targets;
• Recruiting and guiding internal employees in the short term to support you in building your unit (researchers / consultants).

• This position is suitable for candidates with initial work experience in HR, IT, Sales, and/or recruitment who are looking to take their career to the next level;
• You have a strong interest in HR, IT, and/or Sales and possess a strong commercial drive;
• Prior experience in leadership is not necessary; you will be guided in this area by the Managing Director and senior colleagues;
• You are determined and always seek solutions to the problems you encounter;
• You are confident and have strong social skills;

• You can express yourself fluently in Dutch and English. Knowledge of French is a plus.
